Hi there!
My name is Kristina Nesterova. I am an ICC-certified coach, lecturer, and author.
In 2020, I started my career as a coach in the field of personal development. And this is where I found my passion in life. Thanks to coaching, I finally got an understanding of what I want and how to get there.
My mission is to help people:
- to become more self-aware, to be in a harmonious relationship with oneself,
- unleash their full potential, to realize their own mission in life,
- get out of their comfort zone to become more efficient at what they do.

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of «de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum» (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, «Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..», comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

I can’t say that it radically changed my life, but life coaching definitely was useful for me and helped me gain certainty in life. I became more aware and understood what exactly makes me unsatisfied with my life and what can make me happy in the future. Also, thanks to coaching classes, I became a more interesting conversationalist for other people, which is very important for me. Many of the theories and skills that I learned from Kristine I actively use in my work and everyday life.
The life coaching process was well organized: Kristina was always on time, friendly, well prepared, giving homework and things to think about between sessions. She did not put pressure on me and asked for feedback during class. I would describe the coaching process as comfortable, I felt quite relaxed and free.
